Charles Auclair is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial group in our Québec City office. He joined the team in the summer of 2023.
His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, private equity, and corporate reorganization for clients ranging from start-ups to large corporations. He also often drafts various corporate documents and commercial contracts for his clients.
Charles is actively involved in emerging technology matters, including financing rounds and corporate organization of start-ups.
